Don A. Handley is a civil attorney in Memphis, TN, who primarily focuses his practice on personal injury and social security disability cases.

Attorney Handley graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he made history as the school’s first recipient of the prestigious Thurgood Marshall Scholarship. Upon completing his law degree, Attorney Handley relocated to Memphis, TN, and joined Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, the largest law firm in Tennessee. As a corporate associate, he worked extensively in the areas of corporate formation, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. After three successful years with Baker, Attorney Handley established the Handley Law Firm in 2004 and has been the sole managing member ever since.
